How to delete your Psychic Chat AI account
You can delete your Psychic Chat AI account and all associated personal data at any time. There are two ways to request deletion:
Option 1: From within the app
- Open Psychic Chat AI on your device.
- Go to Profile (top-right avatar on any tab).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
This is the fastest method. Your account is queued for deletion immediately.
Option 2: By email
If you no longer have the app installed, email contact@projektifdigital.co.uk from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Delete my Psychic Chat AI account". We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 5 business days.
What data will be deleted
The following personal data is permanently removed when you delete your account:
- Your name, email address, and avatar
- Your birth details (date) and zodiac sign
- Your focus area and intention notes
- All your tarot readings, spreads, and chat history with Elara
- Photos uploaded for photo readings
- Your credit and chat token balance
- Saved insights and personalisation memory
- Notification preferences and device tokens
- All other personal data tied to your account
Data we may retain
Some information may be retained for a limited period to comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations:
- Transaction records related to subscriptions and credit purchases (retained for tax and audit purposes for up to 7 years)
- Anonymised usage analytics that cannot be traced back to your identity
- Logs required to investigate fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms
Subscriptions and active billing
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscription. Subscriptions are managed through Google Play. To stop being billed, cancel your subscription in your Google Play account before requesting deletion. Refer to Google Play's subscription management help.
Timeframe
In-app deletions are queued immediately and complete within 24 hours. Email-based deletion requests are processed within 5 business days after we verify your identity.
